Duty: The person who harmed you owed you a duty of care;
Breach: The person who owed you the duty of care breached that duty;
Causation: The conduct of the person who breached the duty is both the actual and proximate cause of your injuries;
Harm: In order for any person to bring a claim of negligence, they must have suffered some type of harm, harm can be in the form of personal injury or property damage.
